Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship to Switzerland and across Europe. Estimated delivery times are 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping is available on all orders over CHF 50. Orders below CHF 50 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Duties For deliveries within Switzerland, no customs fees apply. Orders shipped to other European countries may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
